Kara's at a 6 and is breathing oxygen. The nurse is a little concerned about the baby's heart rate. They now have Kara on her hands and knees to see if that helps.

they made me have oxygen for ella's heart rate too...maybe baby girl likes hands and knees streches, remember that's what made her not breech anymore! p.s. i have been watching this thing like a hawk!
