Do You Like Alliterations?

Because Baby Barnard is a Boy!

It was so wonderful seeing the little man move around, kick his feet, and be ever so cooperative at showing his gender. Although we do have pictorial proof of our little one's manhood, we've decided against showing off the goods via the internet.

We got to see his sweet little face, eyes closed, mouth open. I am smitten with this boy already.

The baby did well and passed his measurement tests, so afterwards we gave him what he really wanted: Wing Stop (and by "he" I mean me). And then we posed for some pictures.

When I picked Grace up from my wonderful friend who watched her, I said, "Gracie, you're going to have a little brother!" Her eyes got wide and she mimicked my excitement as she said "Imma have a little brother?" I'm pretty sure she didn't know what on Earth I was talking about, but her excited voice was enough to make me want to scoop her up into my arms and hug her close. I love that girl.

Alright, Moms of boys, I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm well versed in all things girl, you now need to teach me the tricks of the trade when it comes to boys.

Bring on the blue.

So happy it is a boy since B Bops Barnard is a much better boy's name than girl's. Glad that everything is well! Congratulations!

WHAT!!! This is soooo exciting! I can't believe those ultrasounds--they're incredible! Texas has some seriously advanced utra sound machines, or just some wicked awesome techs, because that baby face is so clear and so handsome! Congrats, Kara and Aaron and Grace!

Having my 3rd boy and the best advise I can give is to point "it" down when diapering, and when changing pull the diaper off slowly and check to make sure there isn't a stream ready to shoot out of the diaper. Congrats, he is going to be adorable!

Yeah!!! Boys are so much fun! He will seriously have you wrapped around his finger. There is just something about Mamas and their little boys. You will be in LOVE! Boys are easy. They love to play, run and get into everything!

You teach me girl, I'll teach you boy!! Momma's boys are the best!! So so so excited for you. My only advice is to always cover the goods when changing diapers. I've been peed on many a times!! YAY!!

I was so scared when I found out that I was having a boy (what do I do with a boy?!) but I was smitten from day one, and I don't know what life would be like without my little guy. Congrats, by the way!!! So excited for you guys!

So exciting! Having one of each is so much fun, although it causes a little family strife since all three of you will be fighting over who gets to cuddle the little guy next:) Grace will totally love her little baby brother, and hopefully he will be a cuddler (every mom deserves at least one:) Congrats!

BTW: why are you and Aaron taking pictures of your ultrasound at a gas station? Classy:)

AWESOME!!! Boys are a blast, and I was hoping that you'd be having one. I was amazed at how it all felt new again having a baby of the opposite gender.
You asked about boy advice, so here's my random bit- Robeez shoes are WAY more fun for little guys.

Yay! I'm pretty partial to that birth order, girl then boy. You'll have your little momma helper girl and your cuddly little momma's boy. So happy and excited for you guys!
