Eye Color
I always wonder what Gracie's eye color is going to be. I have brown eyes and Aaron has blue. Right off the bat i thought they were going to stay blue, and often times they look blue. 
But, i noticed today that there is a little tan/brown ring right around her pupil...

Also, that whole "by the time they're 6 months they're done changing" thing isn't true. I had really blue eyes until I was 3, now they're super dark brown/hazel!
Okay, I cannot BELIEVE that Marty wore a head lamp! That image is just so hilarious. So it was your six week checkup, and he was wearing a head lamp?!!? And you got an exam while he was wearing a head lamp???? I was laughing out loud and my kids thought I was going crazy. So so funny, that seriously made my day.
Liam's eyes are similiar. I think some kids eyes just take a while to figure out what color they want to be. We are still waiting to see what color Liam's will end up being.
Same with Brenner's, but his don't look nearly as blue as Gracie's in that first picture. I think she'll have blue eyes, but then again Kiera's didn't turn completely brown till well after 8 months... It's funny you get so excited to see what they'll look like when they are born, but then they just keep changing and changing- the guessing game is always going!
Ugggh doesn't that drive you nuts?! I just want to know their color from the beginning - I'm so impatient! I'm really hoping for brown eyes this time since Bella has blue. We are the same as you guys, I have brown Dave has blue.
I saw that tan/brown in GK'S eyes when she was here. I will send you a picture of Matt's eyes. They are blue, but the tan/brown circle around his pupils makes them appear hazel. I don't know why the blue in our family is so recessive. I had high hopes for Aaron's genes trumping Dad's. I'm hoping Gracie's eyes stay blue but the realist (or pessimist) in me says they won't. Boo.
well either way at least she is gorgeous! seriously - and she looks a ton bigger than a few weeks ago when I saw her - already!
