My mother-in-law and i went out to dinner last night because i was randomly craving the taste of basil, and Aaron was in Salt Lake. We went to Carrabas italian restaurant, and this is what the doggie bag said:
For Heavens sake!! What does a girl have to do around here to escape the temptation? I will say though, i have lost some weight... maybe this no dessert thing isn't so bad after all.And by the way, for you non-Utah residents...... it's snowing again. (sorry i tried to get the snow falling in the picture, but it didn't turn out too well.)

It's funny that the times where you are trying SO hard not to be tempted by treats, or soda, or junk food, are the times when it seems to be EVERYWHERE. And yet when you are actually looking for it, you can never find it.
Oh and PS....I'm jealous you have snow. Ours melted within 2 days leaving us with wet roads covered in sand and salt. Our car is so clean right now.....yeah right.
Oh, don't you hate it. I gave up on the "no Christmas treats" diet pretty much the day after thanksgiving. Kudos to you for keeping at it, and who doesn't like to feel their pants getting a little looser? What a celebration December 26th will be for you!
We MUST lunch soon! I always ask Kate Pettit about you because she seems to be the only one who sees you (except when I randomly bumped into Aaron the other day on campus). We have a lot of catching up to do. I'll call you and we'll set it up, perhaps once finals are over?
