In this dish we substitute baby bok choy for the chinese broccoli (we like the taste better). We also double the sauce mixture and egg.

I love making new dishes and am constantly looking every week for new things. So thank you! I just made the coconut curry one and it was a huge hit. Gaines kept screaming, "YUM! MMMM YUM!!" And my husband loved it as well! I also got the stuff to make the Pad See Ew next. It better be good ;) just kidding!
